2. Introductory Provisions

2.2. The Store offers clothing sourced from suppliers in China.

2.3. Each product offered in our store is presented in the photos in a way that accurately reflects its actual appearance. We make every effort to ensure that the photos faithfully represent the real characteristics of the products, such as color, shape, and details.

2.4. By using the Store, the Customer accepts these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

3. Definitions

3.1. Customer – a natural person making a purchase in the Store.

3.2. Product – goods offered in the Store, including clothing and fashion accessories.

3.3. Order – the Customer’s offer to purchase a Product submitted via the Store.

4. Placing Orders

4.1. The Customer places an Order by adding a Product to the cart and proceeding through the checkout process.

4.2. The Customer is required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and contact information.

4.3. An Order is considered accepted for processing once it is confirmed by the Store via email.

5. Prices and Payments

5.1. Product prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes.

7. Return and Complaint Policy

7.1. The Customer has the right to return purchased Products within 14 days of receipt, provided the Product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

8. Liability
